Executive Search/Recruitment

We provide executive search services for commercial printers and local government agencies.  In addition to completing national searches for printing sales executives, our members have successfully completed national searches for: Director of Transportation, Director of Wastewater Management, Director of Environmental Quality, Director of Development Services, Director of Procurement, Director of Parks & Recreation, Director of Information Technology, Public Defender and Director of Elections.  Additional recruitment projects have included:  Plant Managers, Production Managers, Estimating Managers, Customer Service Managers, Sheriff's  Deputies, Correction Officers, Nurses, Attorneys, Civil Engineers, Grant Writers, Building and Code Inspectors and dozens of other private and public sector classifications. 

Employee Relations/EEO Compliance/Policy Review and Development
We specialize in preparing employee handbooks and development of civil service/merit rules and policies to maintain compliance with the latest changes in federal and state laws.  We also conduct EEO investigations, provide a written report with findings of fact, conclusions and recommendations, or train your staff how to conduct a proper EEO investigation.  We provide guidance on federal and state employment statute compliance.

Staff Training
We provide technical training for your staff on critical employment law compliance.  Topics include: the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Uniformed Services Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).  Most employers are subject to compliance with these statutes.

Mediation/ Training
Mediation is one of the most cost effective programs an employer can offer. We provide experienced bilingual mediators (English/Spanish) and mediation trainers.  We can mediate employment related issues with your employees or train your staff to develop a formal in-house mediation program.  Mediation is a good faith effort to resolve problems between employees at the lowest possible level to help avoid more expensive formal complaints and litigation.
